Renta 4 Group comprises the following segments of activity

Securities trading

Buying and selling of securities as well as other financial instruments in Spanish and International financial markets and the distribution of Investment Funds and Pension Funds, managed by third parties
Asset Management

Management of Investment Funds and Pension Funds by Asset Management entities within the Group; discretionary portfolio management of baskets of Investment Funds or combinations of equities with Investment Funds using both proprietary and third part Investment Funds. Additionally the management of High Net Worth clients, activity denominated Management of Private Wealth (in Spanish Gestión Patrimonial Privada - GPP).
Corporate Services

Services dedicated to companies and additionally those activities that were not included in the segments before. The contribution to the overall Group result is rather limited. This segment comprises the custody for securities and Investment Funds, corporate advisory in corporate finance and M&A, issuance insurance and IPO and the outsourcing of various services and corporate services.

The company is a Spanish company, has a mercantile character and its legal format is the Joint Stock Company. In consequence the company is rules by the Law on Joint Stock Companies and other relevant legislation.

The most important subsidiaries of Renta 4 (4 Sociedad de Valores S.A., Padinco Patrimonios, SGC, S.A., Renta 4 Gestora, SGIIC, S.A. y Renta 4 Pensiones, EGFP S.A.) are subject to the specific regulatory legislation related to financial markets, Investment Funds and Pension Funds.
